Imagine waking up one morning, going to the doctor and coming away with a diagnosis of breast cancer! Most people would be completely devastated and likely unable to think beyond the diagnosis! While Kat certainly was thrown for a loop with her diagnosis, she dug deeply within and tapped her personal power and resiliency. In so doing, she vowed to share her journey with others . . . thus this book! I found this intensely short read full of helpful information and links - all extremely useful for anyone struggling with cancer or for anyone who finds him/herself in a supportive role! Kat shares her sense of humor as well - a sense of humor that no doubt provides her with the energy to take cancer head on! Bravo Kat! Thank you for baring your soul and speaking from the heart!
